- Lead enterprise-wide financial planning activities, including long-range planning, annual budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reforecast cycles.
- Own consolidated financial reporting, variance analysis, and executive-level narratives that support strategic decision-making.
- Drive the preparation and delivery of board materials, earnings presentations, KPI reporting, and investor-related financial documentation.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between business finance, strategic finance, investor relations, and finance systems teams to ensure consistency and alignment.
- Oversee enterprise planning systems and financial models, ensuring scalability, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Establish reporting standards, planning calendars, governance processes, and financial definitions across the organization.
- Deliver corporate-level analysis related to revenue, operating expenses, headcount, and business performance trends.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automation, and decision-making processes through modern technologies and AI-enabled tools.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on corporate finance strategy, planning, and performance management.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or strategic finance leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading planning cycles, consolidated reporting, board presentations, and investor-facing financial materials within a public company environment.
- Strong understanding of long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting, and enterprise-wide financial operations.
- Experience managing and optimizing enterprise planning platforms such as Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, Planful, or similar tools.
- Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and business partnering capabilities.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing high-performing finance teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear business insights for senior stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives across finance, operations, and executive leadership teams.
- Hands-on, player-coach mindset with the ability to balance strategic leadership and operational execution.
- Curiosity and openness toward AI tools and emerging technologies that improve finance workflows and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications are considered an asset.
- Experience within consumer technology, SaaS, subscription-based, or multi-revenue-stream business models is preferred.
- Competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives and equity opportunities.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance coverage.
- Remote-first work environment with flexibility and work-life balance support.
- Flexible paid time off plus additional company-wide wellness and holiday breaks.
- Retirement savings programs and long-term financial planning benefits.
- Learning and development programs designed to support leadership growth and career advancement.
- Mental wellness resources and employee assistance programs.
- Equipment reimbursement and support for a productive home office setup.
