This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Consultant in Brazil.
This role offers the opportunity to support a fast-paced eCommerce business within the food industry, contributing directly to financial visibility, forecasting accuracy, and strategic decision-making. You will act as a key finance partner during a critical coverage period, supporting core FP&A activities such as month-end analysis, budgeting, and financial modeling. Working remotely within LATAM, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders in a dynamic, data-driven environment. The position requires strong analytical capability and the ability to translate financial insights into actionable business recommendations. You will also contribute to improving reporting accuracy and financial processes, ensuring leadership has reliable insights to guide decisions. This is a high-impact, hands-on role suited for a finance professional who thrives in agile and collaborative environments.
- Perform month-end variance and trend analysis, with a focus on cost of goods sold (COGS), particularly meat cost components.
- Support updates and maintenance of financial models, ensuring accuracy and relevance for ongoing business needs.
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process, including template preparation and stakeholder coordination.
- Provide financial business partnering support to internal teams, contributing to decision-making with data-driven insights.
- Contribute to the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting processes across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between operational activity and financial planning.
- Support ad hoc financial analysis to help guide short-term and strategic business decisions.
- 5–10 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related finance roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite (mandatory requirement).
- Background in retail, direct-to-consumer (DTC), or eCommerce environments is highly preferred.
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into clear business insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
- Advanced English proficiency required.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
