Our Harley-Davidson dealership in South Miami is seeking a creative, organized, and highly motivated Event Coordinator to plan and execute engaging events that bring riders and the community together.
This role is responsible for organizing dealership events, coordinating promotional activities, and helping grow our rider community through memorable experiences that reflect the Harley-Davidson lifestyle.
The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple events and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate, and execute dealership events, promotions, and rider gatherings
• Organize bike nights, rides, product launches, charity events, and dealership celebrations
• Coordinate logistics including vendors, entertainment, permits, and equipment
• Work closely with Sales, Service, and Marketing teams to support dealership goals
• Promote events through social media, email campaigns, and in-store marketing
• Manage event calendars, timelines, and budgets
• Build relationships with local businesses, sponsors, and community partners
• Assist with dealership events such as demo days, open houses, and seasonal promotions
• Ensure events are executed professionally and create a positive customer experience
• Support dealership and motor company marketing initiatives

Qualifications
• Previous experience in event planning, marketing, hospitality, or promotions preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience coordinating vendors and managing event logistics
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Proficiency with social media platforms and basic marketing tools
• Weekend availability required (most dealership events occur on weekends)
• Passion for motorcycles or familiarity with powersports culture is a plus.
