Job Description: As an Events Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning and execution of a wide range of events, from corporate meetings to community gatherings. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site support.
  • Coordinate event-related communications, such as invitations, RSVPs, and follow-up correspondence.
  • Manage event materials and supplies, including inventory tracking and procurement.
  • Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and guest assistance.
  • Conduct research and gather information to support event planning efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Assist with post-event activities, such as feedback collection and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience in event planning, coordination, or related roles is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and can-do attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and event management software is a plus.
