Litigation Paralegal
The Litigation Paralegal provides comprehensive legal and administrative support to attorneys throughout all phases of litigation. This role is responsible for managing case files, preparing legal documents, coordinating discovery, tracking deadlines, communicating with clients, and opposing counsel, and ensuring compliance with court rules and procedures. Paralegal is responsible for updating client in Legal Tracker and LPS (BKFS), as well as other client systems, in addition to keeping track of client requirements and deadlines. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, capable of managing a high-volume caseload, and able to work independently in a fast-paced legal environment.
