WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Strategic Implementation:
- Develop and execute practical sales, marketing, and e-commerce strategies that align with company goals.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the hospitality industry.
- Utilize advanced sales technology platforms (e.g., CRM systems, data analytics, AI-driven lead generation tools, and digital marketing automation) to identify new business opportunities and measure ROI across all sales and marketing channels.
- Hands-On Sales Leadership:
- Responsible for direct bookings with a quota
- Actively engage with the sales team, providing direct support and guidance to meet revenue targets.
- Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and relationship-building activities to drive business growth.
- Lead proactive sales efforts targeting group business, including site inspections, FAM trips, and trade shows, to increase conversions and long-term client relationships.
- E-Commerce Management:
- Direct all marketing and branding efforts to ensure maximum yield is achieved; market segments are correctly targeted, and each hotel image is vibrantly portrayed.
- Implement digital and social media campaigns designed to increase awareness and bookings from leisure travelers, consortia partners, and group accounts.
- Revenue Optimization:
- Work closely with the Director of Revenue Management to establish hands-on pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates.
- Monitor sales data and market trends, adjust strategies in real-time to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
- Customer Engagement:
- Foster strong relationships with key clients, travel agencies, and corporate partners through active outreach and communication.
- Implement customer feedback mechanisms to drive service improvements and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work directly with operations and guest services teams to ensure alignment in messaging and branding.
- Lead initiatives to streamline inventory management and enhance overall guest experience.
- Performance Tracking:
- Utilize analytics to monitor sales performance and e-commerce metrics, making hands-on adjustments as needed, and providing actionable insights to executive leadership for continuous growth.
- Prepare accurate and complete sales reports documenting marketing budgets, current market share, direct sales, and outline marketing plans.
