Position: Toddler Teacher
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour (based on experience)

Little Scholars Early Learning Center, now under new management, is looking for a Toddler Teacher who is committed to creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. Your Role:
Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards for toddlers.
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom that encourages exploration, creativity, and learning. Monitor and assess student progress using standardized testing and other evaluation methods.
Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive and collaborative community. Use diverse teaching methods, including Montessori techniques, to accommodate various learning styles and individual needs.
Maintain effective classroom management strategies to promote positive behavior and academic outcomes. Collaborate with fellow educators to develop curriculum and share best practices in early childhood education.
Support children with special needs or developmental challenges when necessary.
Ensure compliance with child welfare regulations and maintain an organized classroom.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a private school or daycare setting is preferred.
Strong skills in classroom management, lesson planning, and child development.
Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and team members.
A genuine love for working with toddlers and fostering their emotional and intellectual development.
Relevant certifications or degrees in Early Childhood Education or related fields are preferred.
