Work-Life Balance: Monday to Friday, day shift with no weekends or nights

Your Role:

Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.

Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom that encourages exploration, creativity, and learning.

Monitor and assess student progress using observation tools and developmentally appropriate assessment methods.

Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive and collaborative community.

Use diverse teaching methods, including hands-on and play-based learning approaches, to accommodate various learning styles and individual needs.

Maintain effective classroom management strategies to promote positive behavior and academic outcomes.

Collaborate with fellow educators to develop curriculum and share best practices in preschool education.

Support children with special needs or developmental challenges when necessary.

Ensure compliance with child welfare regulations and maintain an organized classroom environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a private school or daycare setting is preferred.

Strong skills in classroom management, lesson planning, and child development.

Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and team members.

A genuine love for working with preschool-aged children and fostering their emotional and intellectual development.

Relevant certifications or degrees in Early Childhood Education or related fields are preferred.
