Your Role:

* Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.

* Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom that encourages exploration, creativity, and learning.

* Monitor and assess student progress using standardized testing and other evaluation methods.

* Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive and collaborative community.

* Use diverse teaching methods, including Montessori techniques, to accommodate various learning styles and individual needs.

* Maintain effective classroom management strategies to promote positive behavior and academic outcomes.

* Collaborate with fellow educators to develop curriculum and share best practices in preschool education.

* Support children with special needs or developmental challenges when necessary.

* Ensure compliance with child welfare regulations and maintain an organized classroom.

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous experience in a private school or daycare setting is preferred.

* Strong skills in classroom management, lesson planning, and child development.

* Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and team members.

* A genuine love for working with preschool-aged children and fostering their emotional and intellectual development.

* Relevant certifications or degrees in Early Childhood Education or related fields are preferred.
