Position Overview
The Production Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily execution of manufacturing operations by ensuring production work orders are accurate, timely, and aligned with the production schedule. Working closely with the Production Scheduler, this role coordinates work order creation, material readiness, inventory transactions, and job close-out activities to ensure efficient production flow and accurate manufacturing data.
The Manufacturing Coordinator serves as a key link between Production, Planning, Engineering, Procurement, and Finance by maintaining the integrity of manufacturing information within the ERP system, supporting inventory accuracy, and driving continuous process improvements. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Parts +, or similar) for scheduling and data management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and procurement.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a focus on accuracy and detail.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, inventory management, or process optimization is a plus.
