Executive Assistant to the CEO in Deerfield Beach, Florida at Rad Life Mobility Inc

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to support the CEO and COO of a publicly traded company. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting senior executives and knowledge of public company reporting, securities regulations, investor communications, and corporate governance.

• Manage CEO & COO calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Prepare board and executive presentations
• Coordinate investor, legal, and corporate communications
• Assist with SEC filings and public company reporting processes
• Organize board meetings and maintain corporate records
• Prepare meeting agendas and minutes
• Coordinate with attorneys, auditors, and transfer agents
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Assist with special projects and acquisitions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years supporting C-level executives
• Knowledge of SEC filings, securities regulations, and corporate governance
• Strong Microsoft Office and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
