Who We're Looking For
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and senior leadership team. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and sound judgment to effectively manage complex schedules, communications, projects, and sensitive information within a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant serves as a trusted liaison between the CEO, internal teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless operations and the timely execution of executive priorities.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred

Full-time, Monday–Friday, with flexibility to support occasional extended hours, weekends, holidays, or emergency operations as needed.
