HR Generalist

We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist who is passionate about people, employee engagement, and building a positive workplace culture. In this role, you'll partner with employees and leaders across the organization while supporting recruiting, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and HR programs that drive business success.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a trusted HR partner for employees and managers
• Lead employee relations efforts, investigations, and conflict resolution
• Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientation
• Support payroll, benefits administration, and leave management (FMLA, ADA, Workers' Compensation)
• Coach leaders on performance management, employee development, and corrective action processes
• Coordinate employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives
• Maintain HRIS records and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Create HR reports and analyze workforce trends and metrics
• Support training and development programs
• Partner with local and international HR teams on strategic initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and HRIS systems
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus

• Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Pushing and pulling up to 35 lbs. using material handling equipment
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
