About This Position

Position Description: Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for new real estate investors, high-net-worth clients, and customers, guiding them through a seamless onboarding process. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to build relationships with discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding Process Development
  • Create and refine a streamlined onboarding process tailored to real estate investors, and individual clients seeking luxury vehicle storage solutions.
  • Develop personalized onboarding plans based on the unique requirements of each client segment.
Client Relationship Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new clients throughout the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure new clients are connected across all platforms (email, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Educate clients about the companys high-end vehicle storage, membership options, and other services.
Investor Relations
  • Collaborate with the investment team to onboard real estate investors, ensuring they have all necessary documentation and understand their investment portfolios.
  • Gather and process subscription documents for new investment opportunities.
  • Organize meetings and presentations to address investor questions and concerns.
Customer Experience Management
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, resolving issues with professionalism and discretion.
Technology Integration
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track onboarding progress and maintain accurate client records.
  • Leverage digital tools to create personalized experiences, such as virtual tours and onboarding webinars.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in customer service, onboarding, or client relationship management, preferably with high-net-worth individuals or luxury services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other digital tools.
  • Familiarity with real estate investment and/or high-end automotive industries is a plus.
