This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive (Auth0) based in Canada.

This is a high-impact enterprise sales role focused on driving growth for a leading identity and authentication platform used by developers and large organizations to secure digital experiences at scale. You will be responsible for building and expanding relationships with technical and executive stakeholders, particularly within engineering, product, and security teams. The role combines strategic territory ownership with hands-on deal execution across complex enterprise environments. You will identify new business opportunities, shape customer demand, and guide prospects through the full sales cycle from discovery to close. Operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you will collaborate closely with internal technical and partner ecosystems to deliver value-driven identity solutions. This is a career-defining opportunity for a high-performance sales professional passionate about security, developer platforms, and enterprise SaaS growth.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan focused on generating new enterprise pipeline and driving sustained revenue growth across Auth0 solutions.
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers across engineering, product, security, and architecture teams within enterprise accounts.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including opportunity qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets by building a predictable and repeatable pipeline generation strategy.
  • Conduct deep technical discovery to understand customer identity and authentication challenges and map solutions to business outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as pre-sales engineers, partner managers, and SDRs to accelerate deal progression.
  • Leverage partner ecosystems and channel relationships to uncover and develop new opportunities.
  • Represent the organization in customer meetings, executive briefings, and field engagements, including travel when required.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets in complex, technical environments.
  • Strong experience selling into CTO, engineering, product, and architecture stakeholders within large enterprise organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle, consultative sales processes involving complex solution positioning and multi-stakeholder decision-making.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand developer platforms, identity solutions, and authentication ecosystems.
  • Proven expertise in applying structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Sandler.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills across both technical and business audiences.
  • Ability to operate independently with high accountability, urgency, and ownership in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills with internal teams and partner ecosystems to drive complex deal execution.
  • Experience in identity, security, or developer-focused SaaS products is highly preferred.
Benefits:
  • Competitive On-Target Earnings (OTE) with uncapped incentive potential
  • Equity participation in a high-growth global SaaS organization
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage (including dependents)
  • Retirement savings plan with employer contributions
  • Paid parental leave and family support programs
  • Generous paid time off, sick leave, and company holidays
  • Home office, internet, and wellness stipends
  • Flexible remote-first work environment with global collaboration opportunities
  • Learning, development, and career growth support programs
  • Opportunity to work on a leading identity platform powering billions of logins globally
  • Annual OTE range (Canada): CAD 312,000 – 429,000, plus equity and additional benefits.
