This role is focused on driving the first stage of the sales cycle by engaging with prospects through both inbound and outbound channels to generate qualified business opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and nurturing potential clients across strategic accounts, helping to build a strong and scalable sales pipeline. The position requires a proactive and structured approach to prospecting, combining research, outreach, and consultative conversations with decision-makers. You will work closely with account executives to ensure a smooth transition of qualified opportunities and contribute directly to revenue growth. Operating in a fast-paced, startup-like environment, you will play a key role in expanding market presence and refining outbound sales strategies. This is an ideal role for a high-energy sales professional passionate about customer acquisition and business development.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities through structured prospecting campaigns and direct outreach. You will play a key role in building the sales pipeline and supporting revenue growth across strategic accounts.
- Run targeted outbound and inbound prospecting campaigns across assigned accounts
- Identify and engage decision-makers through phone, email, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Qualify and rate opportunities based on defined growth criteria
- Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives
- Build and maintain a predictable and scalable sales pipeline
- Develop and improve outbound prospecting playbooks and best practices
- Act as an evangelist of the product, clearly communicating value propositions to prospects
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and growth initiatives
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
This position requires prior experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales, along with strong communication skills and a structured approach to pipeline generation. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in dynamic, remote environments.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in general sales and lead generation activities
- Strong ability to build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
- High level of self-motivation and continuous growth mindset
- Comfortable working with distributed and remote teams
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- Startup experience is a plus
- Strong organizational, communication, and prospecting skills
