This is a high-impact, fully remote sales role focused on driving revenue through proactive outbound prospecting and end-to-end deal management. You will be responsible for building your own pipeline, engaging prospects, running discovery calls, and closing deals across multiple service-based offerings. The role requires a strong hunter mindset, with constant outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and database tools. You will own the entire sales cycle while continuously refining messaging based on market feedback and objections. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full outbound sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You will actively build pipeline, engage prospects, and convert opportunities into revenue while maintaining strong CRM discipline and sales execution standards.
- Drive outbound prospecting activities across email, phone, LinkedIn, and database tools
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline using structured lead generation approaches
- Book, run, and lead discovery calls with qualified prospects
- Present tailored proposals and close deals across service offerings
- Manage pipeline activity and deal tracking within CRM tools such as GoHighLevel
- Design and execute follow-up sequences to maximize conversion rates
- Refine messaging, objection handling, and outreach strategies based on market feedback
- Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and consistent activity tracking
This role requires a proven background in B2B sales with strong outbound capability and the ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate is proactive, resilient, and comfortable owning the full sales cycle without heavy scripting or structure.
- 2–5+ years of experience in B2B sales (services, marketing, staffing, or digital preferred)
- Strong experience in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation from scratch
- Proven ability to run discovery calls and close deals independently
- Self-starter mindset with strong ownership and accountability
- Comfortable working in early-stage, high-growth, and dynamic environments
- Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
