Consultor de Vendas- Finance

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sales Consultant – Finance in Brazil.

This role is focused on delivering high-performance sales in the financial products space, supporting customers across Brazil through consultative, solution-oriented interactions. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the full sales journey, from initial contact to closing, ensuring clarity, trust, and a strong customer experience. Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, you will apply structured sales techniques such as prospecting, negotiation, and objection handling to maximize conversions. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage a high-volume pipeline with discipline and consistency. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records in internal systems and managing your client portfolio effectively. Accountabilities:
  • Engage with customers across Brazil, applying consultative sales techniques including presentation, qualification, negotiation, and closing.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring accurate registration and tracking of all opportunities in internal systems.
  • Maintain and organize your client portfolio, ensuring follow-up and conversion optimization.
  • Participate in training sessions and continuous development programs to improve sales performance.
  • Apply structured sales scripts and product knowledge to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
  • Work with targets and performance indicators, ensuring consistent achievement of commercial goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer journey efficiency.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma completed.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume sales environments.
  • Intermediate Excel skills and good digital literacy.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Previous experience in financial products or consórcio sales is a plus.
  • Highly organized, disciplined, and results-driven profile.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
