You will be responsible for driving outbound prospecting efforts to generate qualified leads and build a strong sales pipeline. This includes identifying potential clients, engaging decision-makers, and nurturing relationships through structured outreach campaigns. You will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on targeting strategies and lead generation goals.
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calls, email outreach, and social selling
- Identify prospect needs and position relevant solutions aligned with the ideal customer profile
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to qualify and convert leads
- Schedule meetings and demos for account executives and sales leadership
- Support marketing campaigns by driving engagement, webinar attendance, and event participation
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure consistent tracking of all prospect interactions
- Report performance metrics and pipeline progress on a regular basis
The ideal candidate has prior experience in Sales Development or outbound prospecting, preferably within SaaS or technology-driven environments. You should be comfortable working in a target-oriented role, with strong communication skills and a persistent, “hunter” mindset. Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales workflows is important, along with the ability to adapt quickly and work independently.
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Development Representative or similar outbound sales roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and sales targets
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and prospecting methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar tools
- Strong resilience, initiative, and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
