This role is focused on driving enterprise software sales across complex, high-value accounts within Global 1000 organizations. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline generation to negotiation and closing deals, while working closely with technical and marketing teams. The position requires strong consultative selling skills, the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders, and a deep understanding of enterprise IT environments. You will play a key role in expanding the customer base, supporting strategic campaigns, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and retention. This is a high-performance sales environment where ownership, resilience, and results-driven execution are essential. In this role, you will be responsible for managing enterprise sales activities, building pipeline, and driving revenue growth across strategic accounts.
- Sell a portfolio of infrastructure and application software solutions to enterprise-level customers
- Develop and execute territory plans, pipeline strategies, and sales campaigns in collaboration with marketing teams
- Partner with sales engineers, marketing, and product teams to support complex sales cycles
- Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing deals
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline updates using Salesforce and other CRM tools
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms in alignment with company guidelines
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and act as a trusted advisor during the sales process
- Research customer industries, business challenges, and strategic priorities to tailor sales approaches
- Support field marketing activities, events, and tradeshows to generate new opportunities
The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales professional with experience in enterprise software and strong communication skills in multilingual environments.
- 2+ years of experience in software or solution-based sales roles
- Business-level fluency in English plus Spanish and/or Portuguese (written and verbal)
- Experience selling to mid-sized and large enterprise organizations
- Strong consultative and executive-level communication skills
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
- High level of integrity, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced sales environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales leadership and cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (preferred)
