This role is at the intersection of eCommerce strategy, commercial leadership, and marketplace execution across two of the most important digital retail ecosystems in Latin America. You will be responsible for driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence across Amazon and Mercado Libre, ensuring strong brand performance and execution consistency. Acting as a key commercial leader, you will manage strategic accounts while coordinating cross-functional teams across marketing, supply chain, finance, and eCommerce. The position requires a strong balance between analytical thinking, negotiation skills, and hands-on execution in fast-paced digital environments. You will define and implement joint business plans, optimize digital shelf performance, and lead commercial discussions with marketplace partners. This is a high-impact regional role focused on scaling online presence, improving conversion, and maximizing business outcomes.
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end marketplace strategy and execution for key LATAM eCommerce channels, ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence:
- Own and execute Joint Business Plans (annual and quarterly) for Amazon and Mercado Libre across LATAM.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and long-term account expansion through structured marketplace management.
- Lead negotiations with marketplace partners to improve commercial terms, visibility, and growth opportunities.
- Manage day-to-day eCommerce operations, ensuring listing quality, pricing accuracy, and inventory availability.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and eCommerce teams to optimize digital shelf performance, campaigns, and conversions.
- Establish and lead performance routines (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to track KPIs and drive corrective actions.
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment with Supply Chain, Finance, and Global teams to ensure execution excellence.
We are looking for a highly commercial and analytical professional with strong experience in digital commerce and strategic account management in marketplace environments:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, eCommerce, or marketplace-driven roles.
- Proven success managing large, complex accounts with measurable commercial growth results.
- Strong experience with marketplaces such as Amazon and/or Mercado Libre is highly desirable.
- Solid financial acumen, including P&L management and ROI-driven decision making.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills in commercial environments.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with global and regional teams.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish or Portuguese (additional language skills are a plus).
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
