This role is focused on shaping and executing high-impact social media strategies that connect brand objectives to creative, engaging, and culturally relevant content. You will be responsible for leading content planning, identifying digital trends in real time, and translating strategic goals into compelling briefs, copies, and scripts for creative teams. The position also plays a key role in ensuring consistency, quality, and excellence across all social media outputs. In addition, you will lead influencer marketing initiatives, managing relationships with creators and ensuring strong alignment with brand positioning. Working in a fast-paced digital environment, you will collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and operations teams to deliver integrated campaigns. • Develop and manage the editorial calendar and social media content strategy across platforms.
• Create engaging copies, scripts, and content guidelines aligned with brand tone of voice and objectives.
• Produce detailed and inspiring creative briefs for design and content teams.
• Monitor social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, X, and others) to identify trends and real-time content opportunities.
• Review content for quality, grammar, tone, and brand alignment, ensuring high standards across all deliverables.
• Map, select, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators aligned with brand strategy.
• Oversee the full influencer campaign lifecycle, from briefing and approvals to execution and performance analysis.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth workflows and timely delivery of campaigns.

• Proven experience in Social Media Management and Content Creation.
• Strong copywriting and excellent command of Portuguese grammar.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into clear and actionable creative briefs.
• Experience in influencer marketing, including mapping, negotiation, and campaign management.
• Strong understanding of digital culture, internet trends, and pop culture.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in real-time marketing and trend-based content is highly desirable.
• Experience in real estate or construction industries is a plus.
