In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring strong relationships and seamless project delivery across digital marketing initiatives.
You will oversee the end-to-end management of client accounts, aligning expectations, timelines, and strategic objectives.
The position requires close coordination with internal teams to ensure high-quality execution of campaigns and deliverables.
You will also play a strategic advisory role, guiding clients on performance marketing best practices and growth opportunities.
A strong focus will be placed on quality control, ensuring all outputs meet agreed standards before client delivery.
You will regularly present performance reports and insights, helping clients understand results and optimize future actions.
This is a client-facing, fast-paced environment that combines relationship management with strategic marketing execution.
- Serve as the main client contact, managing relationships and ensuring consistent communication throughout all project stages.
- Oversee project management activities, ensuring timelines, scope, and deliverables are properly executed and aligned with client expectations.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on digital marketing initiatives, especially paid media performance and optimization opportunities.
- Conduct quality control of deliverables before client submission, requesting adjustments when needed to ensure excellence.
- Manage project schedules and coordinate with internal teams to guarantee timely and efficient delivery.
- Prepare and present periodic performance reports, translating data into actionable insights for clients.
- Proven experience in account management, client success, or digital marketing operations roles.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, particularly paid media strategies and performance campaigns.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to build and maintain strategic client relationships with a consultative approach.
- Strong communication skills, with advanced ability in client interaction and presentation.
- Intermediate negotiation skills and advanced project management capabilities.
- Experience with briefing creative processes and campaign workflow is a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO, CRO, or performance marketing case studies will be considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and data-driven marketing tools is highly valued.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
