This role is designed for a highly strategic product leader who thrives in scaling complex B2B SaaS products from early traction to large-scale impact. You will play a key role in shaping product vision, driving discovery and delivery at scale, and ensuring strong alignment between customer needs, business goals, and technical execution. The position requires deep engagement with customers, commercial teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and improve product-market fit. You will act as a critical connector between strategy and execution, using data, research, and market insight to guide high-impact decisions. This is a high-impact leadership role where your decisions directly influence product growth, revenue performance, and customer satisfaction at scale.

Accountabilities

You will be responsible for leading the product strategy and execution of a B2B SaaS product, ensuring alignment between customer needs, business outcomes, and technical delivery.

  • Lead product strategy and execution for a B2B SaaS solution in a scaling phase, aligned with business vision and product-market fit goals.
  • Drive end-to-end discovery and delivery processes, including research, customer interviews, prototyping, and hypothesis validation.
  • Make data-driven product decisions focused on revenue growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the main product interface with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, supporting customer-facing conversations when needed.
  • Define, monitor, and interpret product metrics to guide roadmap priorities and executive decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, AI, and business teams to ensure aligned and high-quality delivery.
  • Identify risks, unblock initiatives, and ensure consistent progress toward key product outcomes.
  • Stay ahead of trends in AI, conversational systems, and digital engagement platforms to drive innovation.
Requirements

You bring strong experience in product management for B2B SaaS environments, with a data-driven and customer-centric mindset.

  • Advanced or fluent English is required.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS products.
  • Strong expertise in product discovery and delivery methodologies.
  • Solid business acumen, including understanding of metrics such as LTV, CAC, and P&L.
  • Experience engaging directly with customers and commercial teams in complex scenarios.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Power BI.
  • Strong communication and influence skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Practical experience applying AI concepts or tools beyond basic usage.
  • Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and drive product innovation.
  • Leadership mindset with strong collaboration and negotiation skills.
