- Engage and qualify inbound leads through phone calls, CRM platforms, WhatsApp Business, and other communication channels.
- Build consultative relationships with prospective clients by understanding their needs and recommending suitable educational solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience, sales strategies, and conversion performance.
- Ensure timely and personalized responses to leads while managing a high volume of interactions efficiently.
- Contribute to achieving sales goals, product mix targets, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow internal compliance policies, confidentiality standards, and LGPD guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Marketing, Law, or related fields.
- Previous experience in sales, lead qualification, inside sales, or customer relationship roles.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales management tools.
- Experience selling educational products or services is highly valued.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a persuasive and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple contacts and opportunities simultaneously with organization and resilience.
- Positive, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills.
- Online certifications in Inside Sales methodologies or sales platforms are considered a plus.
- Experience in medical education sales is an advantage.
- Availability to work a monthly schedule of 180 hours, Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 8:15 PM, plus Saturdays.
