Accountabilities:

Participate in SAP implementation and AMS/support projects with focus on SAP SD and Brazilian localization requirements
Analyze business requirements and interact with end users and functional analysts to ensure accurate understanding of issues and service requests
Coordinate and plan the execution of service requests with development and technical teams, acting as process owner
Monitor progress of tickets and requests, providing continuous feedback to stakeholders and end users
Ensure proper translation of business needs into SAP SD solutions aligned with system capabilities and standards
Identify improvement opportunities and propose actions to enhance processes and mitigate risks
Support service delivery governance and ensure adherence to internal procedures and quality standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a structured, fast-paced project environment

Requirements:

Strong experience with SAP SD module, including implementation and/or application support (AMS) projects
Solid knowledge of Brazilian localization processes, especially taxation and fiscal requirements
Experience working in SAP project environments, preferably in consulting or large enterprise contexts
Ability to interact with business users and technical teams, translating requirements into clear actions
Strong coordination and service management skills, with ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
Problem-solving ability with attention to detail and process discipline
