This is a high-impact commercial role focused on driving new business development across the healthcare ecosystem in Latin America. You will be responsible for opening strategic accounts, building relationships with senior decision-makers, and positioning consultative solutions within a complex and highly specialized industry. The role requires a strong hunter mindset, with the ability to independently generate opportunities and convert them into long-term business partnerships. You will operate in a fully remote, autonomy-driven environment where results and ownership are highly valued. The position demands deep market understanding of the healthcare sector, enabling you to engage credibly with hospitals, insurers, healthtechs, and other key stakeholders. This is a strategic sales role where your work directly contributes to regional growth and market expansion.
- Develop and execute new business strategies within the healthcare sector across Latin America, with a strong focus on enterprise and strategic accounts.
- Identify, prospect, and engage key decision-makers across insurers, hospital networks, clinics, health systems, and healthtech organizations.
- Lead the full sales cycle, including discovery, needs analysis, solution design, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Translate complex client challenges into consultative, high-value business solutions aligned with organizational offerings.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders to drive sustained business growth.
- Manage pipeline activity, forecasting, and performance tracking through CRM tools.
- Position and sell consultative services in a traditional and relationship-driven healthcare market.
- Minimum of 8 years of B2B commercial experience in the healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of selling solutions or services within the healthcare ecosystem.
- Strong network and active relationships with healthcare decision-makers in Latin America.
- Demonstrated experience in new business development and market opening (hunter profile).
- Ability to independently structure and close complex, consultative sales processes.
- Strong track record of managing enterprise-level sales cycles and achieving revenue targets.
- Experience working with CRM tools and structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, Sandler is a plus).
- Intermediate or advanced English is desirable.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with a consultative mindset.
