Accountabilities:

Support and maintain ETL pipelines and data processing workflows in critical production environments.
Develop and maintain PL/SQL routines, scripts, and database solutions within Oracle environments.
Perform troubleshooting, incident investigation, and root-cause analysis for production issues at N2 support level.
Monitor and ensure successful execution of batch processing workloads while meeting strict SLA requirements.
Analyze and implement data-related regulatory requirements, including financial and compliance-related demands.
Apply workaround solutions and improvements in legacy systems and monolithic data-centric architectures.
Work directly with Oracle Database environments, including query optimization, basic tuning, and data analysis activities.
Collaborate with multiple systems, vendors, and third-party software providers to support operational stability.
Participate in on-call rotation schedules to provide 24/7 support coverage for critical systems.

Requirements:

Solid experience with ETL processes, Oracle Database, and PL/SQL development.
Hands-on experience supporting critical production environments and troubleshooting legacy or monolithic systems.
Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and data integration workflows.
Intermediate Java development knowledge.
Understanding of software quality practices and data reliability processes.
Familiarity with LGPD and data privacy regulations.
Availability to participate in 24x7 on-call rotation schedules.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in high-availability environments.
Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
Experience with Clipper development, ITIL practices, or secure development principles is considered a plus.
