This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Meta Ads Pro — Paid Social Media Buyer based in Brazil.
This role is focused on driving high-performance growth across Meta advertising channels for fast-scaling eCommerce brands.
You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling paid social campaigns with a strong emphasis on profitability and efficiency.
The environment is highly data-driven, where decisions are guided by performance metrics and structured testing frameworks.
You will work closely with creative teams to develop, test, and iterate ad concepts that maximize conversion and ROAS.
The role requires strong analytical thinking, ownership mindset, and the ability to manage significant advertising budgets.
You will continuously identify opportunities for scale while maintaining account stability and efficiency.
This is a remote, international-facing position with exposure to high-growth digital products and global markets.
- Build, launch, manage, and continuously optimize Meta Ads campaigns across multiple accounts and eCommerce brands, ensuring performance aligns with growth and profitability targets.
- Own campaign structure, budget allocation, pacing, and scaling strategies while maintaining account health and efficiency.
- Design and execute structured testing strategies across creatives, audiences, offers, funnels, and landing pages to identify performance drivers.
- Analyze key performance indicators (ROAS, CPA, MER, CTR, CVR, etc.) to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization levers.
- Collaborate closely with creative teams to iterate on ad concepts and improve winning ad frequency and performance.
- Maintain clean account organization, naming conventions, and reporting systems for clarity and scalability.
- Deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights and data-driven recommendations for growth.
- Stay updated on Meta platform changes, industry trends, and evolving paid social best practices.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns in performance-driven environments.
- Proven track record in scaling eCommerce brands through paid social acquisition.
- Strong experience managing significant monthly ad spend (typically $70,000+).
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and ecosystem tools (Pixel, Conversion API, attribution models, audience segmentation).
- Strong understanding of eCommerce metrics such as ROAS, CPA, MER, AOV, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, and contribution margin.
- Experience designing and executing creative testing frameworks at scale.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear optimization strategies.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and campaign management skills.
- Ability to think strategically while executing with precision in fast-paced environments.
- Nice to have: experience with Shopify, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and familiarity with CPG, lifestyle, or consumer product brands.
