This role sits at the core of an animation production pipeline, supporting the creative direction while ensuring smooth and efficient execution from storyboard to final render. You will act as a key bridge between the Director and the animation team, translating creative vision into clear, actionable production guidance. The position requires a strong balance of creative sensitivity and production discipline, ensuring that quality, pacing, and consistency are maintained across all content. You will be responsible for reviewing work in progress, guiding animators, and helping remove production bottlenecks. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and focused on high-volume content creation. This is a hands-on role with direct influence on both creative output and production efficiency.

• Translate the Director’s vision into clear storyboard and animation guidance for production teams.
• Coordinate with animators, storyboard artists, and illustrators to ensure assets and instructions are aligned and complete.
• Review animation work throughout production to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to creative direction.
• Provide feedback, mentorship, and technical guidance to animators to improve output and skill development.
• Prepare draft pacing versions and assist in setting up animation renders for creative review.
• Ensure continuity in animation quality, tone, and timing across short-form and long-form content.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and contribute to improving production processes and pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with the Director and Creative Director to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.

• Strong background in animation production, preferably 2D animation.
• Hands-on experience with animation tools such as Moho.
• Solid understanding of animation pipelines, timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
• Experience using Adobe After Effects for compositing and familiarity with Adobe Premiere.
• Ability to review animation work critically and maintain high quality standards.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple production assets.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in fast-paced production environments (e.g., YouTube content) is a plus.
• Prior experience mentoring or training animators is considered an advantage.
