In this role, you will lead end-to-end Meta advertising initiatives, from strategy and creative development to execution and scaling across multiple client accounts.

• Own and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns from concept to optimization and scaling, ensuring strong performance across KPIs such as CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
• Develop creative strategies, including ad angles, copywriting, UGC concepts, and video scripts to drive high-converting campaigns.
• Oversee media buying activities within Meta Ads Manager, managing budgets typically ranging from $10K to $250K+ per month.
• Continuously test audiences, creatives, and offers to identify winning combinations and scale performance efficiently.
• Analyze campaign data daily, translating insights into actionable optimization strategies and performance improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with broader revenue and funnel objectives, ensuring full-funnel effectiveness.
• Brief designers, editors, and creative partners to ensure high-quality execution of advertising assets.

This position requires a strong background in performance marketing with proven experience managing large-scale Meta advertising campaigns and driving measurable results.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience running Facebook and Instagram ads at a high level.
• Proven experience managing at least $10K/month in ad spend, with exposure to scaling campaigns.
• Experience handling multiple accounts simultaneously (5+ accounts preferred).
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Business Suite, pixel tracking, and conversion optimization.
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make fast, performance-driven decisions.
• Strong copywriting skills focused on conversion-driven advertising.
• Experience with full-funnel marketing strategies is highly valued.
• Familiarity with UGC workflows, video ad production, and AI tools for creative development is a plus.
• Exposure to tools such as GoHighLevel or Close CRM is considered an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in remote, fast-paced environments.
