- Participate in a 60-minute remote video interview with a research moderator.
- Share your screen and demonstrate a typical legal workflow you regularly manage.

- Provide feedback on the legal tools, platforms, and software solutions you currently use.

- Ensure any confidential client information is appropriately removed or protected before screen sharing.

- Currently working as a practicing attorney, paralegal, or legal assistant.
- Experience managing day-to-day legal workflows, case files, documentation, or client-related processes.
- Ability to clearly explain professional procedures, decisions, and operational challenges.

- Ability to remove or redact sensitive client information before demonstrating workflows.
