The Workforce Strategy & Planning Lead will own workforce planning initiatives that support operational growth, improve capacity management, and enable efficient care delivery. This role requires strong analytical skills, operational discipline, and the ability to build scalable systems in a dynamic environment.
- Develop and manage workforce capacity models and forecasting frameworks based on growth trends, enrollment patterns, and service delivery requirements.
- Partner with operational leaders to define productivity metrics, optimize workload distribution, and create effective staffing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to anticipate future workforce needs and align hiring plans with business priorities.
- Analyze utilization, performance, and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and process improvements.
- Build scalable dashboards, tools, and workflows that improve visibility into workforce performance and planning decisions.
- Support workforce hiring strategies, onboarding timelines, and capacity ramp plans to meet evolving operational demands.
- Establish repeatable planning processes that align people, resources, and operational goals.
- Translate business needs into actionable workforce strategies and recommendations for leadership teams.
- Help define and improve operational processes within a growing organization where systems are continuously evolving.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and analytical operations professional with experience building workforce models, managing capacity planning initiatives, and creating scalable processes in complex environments.
- 5+ years of experience in operations, workforce planning, strategy, capacity management, or related roles.
- Proven experience developing workforce models, staffing frameworks, or resource planning strategies.
- Experience working in healthcare, technology, service delivery, or similarly operationally complex environments is preferred.
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau is a plus.
- Ability to interpret data, identify operational insights, and translate findings into practical recommendations.
- Strong systems-thinking mindset with experience designing processes that scale.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in an evolving environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and translate business needs into operational plans.
- Comfortable working independently, navigating ambiguity, and building new workflows from the ground up.
- Experience scaling workforce planning functions, supporting care delivery teams, or working within digital health environments is a plus.
- Competitive base salary range of $95,000 - $125,000, depending on relevant skills and experience.
