About This Position
Envision Unlimited is seeking a Director of Employee Engagement, Culture and Analytics to help strengthen our culture, advance DEI, and turn employee feedback into meaningful action. Reporting to the CHRO, this role leads engagement strategy, recognition and wellness programming, and people analytics (surveys, KPIs, dashboards), while supporting HRIS initiatives and clear internal communication.
What You'll Do:
- Build and execute an employee engagement and culture roadmap aligned to organizational values
- Lead DEI strategies and programming that enhance the candidate and employee experience
- Design and administer surveys and translate results into insights, KPIs, and dashboards
- Develop recognition and wellness initiatives that support a positive, healthy workplace
- Support HRIS projects, reporting, and workflow improvements (e.g., automation, digitization)
- Create internal communications for HR initiatives and maintain intranet resources
What we’re looking for:
- 7+ years in HR, employee experience/engagement, or organizational development
- Experience using data and storytelling to drive change (surveys, metrics, dashboards)
- Confident partner to leaders; strong facilitation and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience); HRIS proficiency required, Paylocity and/or UKG experience preferred

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION, SKILLS, and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of progressive experience in HR, employee engagement/experience, or organizational development
- Strong communication and facilitation skills; able to influence leaders and manage multiple priorities
- HRIS proficiency required; Paylocity and/or UKG experience preferred
