Accounts Payable at Ewald Automotive Group LLC – Hartford, Wisconsin

We are a growing, fast-paced automotive dealership seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our accounting team. This role is critical to ensuring accurate financial operations while supporting our dealership’s vendors, internal departments, and management team.

• Process and post vendor invoices accurately and timely

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

• Manage accounts payable schedules and ensure timely payments

• Prepare worksheets for Payables payment processing

• Maintain organized AP records and documentation

• Work closely with the accounting and management teams to ensure proper expense allocation

• Assist with other accounting duties as assigned

• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and accounting procedures

• Bill out Fleet

• 1 year previous Accounts Payable experience required (automotive dealership experience preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to handle high-volume invoice processing

• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
