We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our accounting team at Ewald's Hartford Ford dealership. This role is critical to ensuring accurate financial operations while supporting our dealership’s vendors, internal departments, and management team.

• Process and post vendor invoices accurately and timely

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

• Manage accounts payable schedules and ensure timely payments

• Prepare worksheets for Payables payment processing

• Maintain organized AP records and documentation

• Work closely with the accounting and management teams to ensure proper expense allocation

• Assist with other accounting duties as assigned

• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and accounting procedures

• Bill out Fleet

• 1 year previous Accounts Payable experience required (automotive dealership experience preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to handle high-volume invoice processing

• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
