Reilly, Penner & Benton is seeking MULTIPLE Staff Accountants to bring on board!

The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen. This role involves maintaining financial records, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, ledgers, and subsidiary accounts.
• Reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and resolve any issues.
• Process financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Conduct financial analysis, identify trends, and prepare reports for management.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and tax return preparation.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and auditors during audits.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
• Current CPA or CPA eligible (financial assistance provided!)
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
