This role is focused on leading and coordinating onboarding programs for a network of independent veterinary practices, ensuring a smooth, structured, and high-quality implementation experience. You will act as a key liaison between internal implementation teams and external partners, helping ensure that onboarding activities are executed on time, aligned with defined workflows, and free of operational blockers. The position requires strong coordination skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to maintain clarity across multiple concurrent projects. You will also play a key role in continuously improving onboarding processes by collecting feedback, identifying inefficiencies, and driving enhancements. Working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, you will help ensure a consistent and high-impact experience for all partner clinics. This is a remote role aligned with North American business hours, offering exposure to cross-functional, international collaboration.
- Serve as the primary coordination point for VMG partner practices, ensuring onboarding activities are properly sequenced and delivered on time.
- Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure standardized workflows are followed and operational blockers are quickly identified and resolved.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding progress, risks, and timelines.
- Anticipate potential issues, escalate when needed, and support the execution of contingency plans, including monitoring partner health indicators.
- Gather and synthesize feedback from stakeholders to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate recurring working sessions to refine onboarding workflows and improve the partner experience.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment by clarifying expectations and resolving conflicting priorities.
- Track key performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide accurate reporting to support continuous improvement.
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, program management, project management, or customer success roles.
- Experience working with multi-account environments or groups of independent clients is highly valued.
- Strong ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, structured, and timely updates.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Totango, or similar platforms.
- Background in software implementation, veterinary technology, or customer onboarding is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setup aligned with North American business hours.
- Remote contract position based in Latin America.
- Monthly compensation of approximately $1,666.67 USD.
