• Act as a key member of the agile squad, guiding product direction and supporting delivery execution aligned with business goals.
• Define, communicate, and maintain a clear product vision, strategy, roadmap, and release planning throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity, transparency, and alignment with stakeholders and development teams.
• Translate business needs into well-defined functional and non-functional requirements, including user stories, epics, and features.
• Collaborate closely with other product owners, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in delivery.
• Conduct market research, user analysis, and product discovery activities to identify opportunities and validate hypotheses.
• Support MVP definition, experimentation, and iterative delivery to drive continuous product improvement and innovation.
• Monitor user behavior, identify pain points, and contribute to data-driven decision-making to enhance product performance and value.

The ideal candidate has previous experience as a Product Owner or in similar product roles, ideally within digital or agile environments. Experience with financial products is a strong advantage. You are familiar with agile methodologies and have worked in cross-functional squads, demonstrating strong ownership, prioritization, and decision-making abilities. You bring excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams. A proactive mindset, analytical thinking, and a strong focus on delivering value are essential.

• Experience as Product Owner or in related product management roles
