In this role, you will act as a key driver of product strategy and delivery within agile squads, ensuring alignment between business goals, user needs, and development execution. You will define and communicate product vision, prioritize and manage backlogs, and translate complex requirements into clear, actionable user stories. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will contribute to discovery, experimentation, and continuous improvement of digital products. Your work will directly influence product direction, user experience, and business outcomes in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment. This is a highly collaborative role, requiring strong ownership, analytical thinking, and the ability to connect strategy with execution across multiple stakeholders.

You will be responsible for guiding product development from discovery to delivery, ensuring clarity, prioritization, and alignment across all stakeholders:

• Define, communicate, and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and strategic goals aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring transparency, clarity, and alignment with delivery teams and stakeholders.
• Write and structure user stories, epics, and functional/non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate closely with squads, PMs, other POs, and stakeholders to ensure consistent decision-making and execution.
• Lead discovery activities, including market research, user behavior analysis, and hypothesis validation.
• Define and validate MVPs, supporting experimentation and continuous product evolution.
• Support UX and prototyping efforts, ensuring user-centric and value-driven solutions.
• Monitor product performance, prioritize improvements, and balance business needs with delivery capacity.

The ideal candidate brings solid product experience, strong analytical capability, and a collaborative mindset to thrive in agile environments:

• Previous experience as Product Owner or in similar product-related roles.
• Experience with financial products or complex digital ecosystems is a plus.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and squad-based delivery models.
• Ability to prioritize, make decisions, and take ownership of product outcomes.
• Experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and product lifecycle activities.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with product metrics, MVPs, discovery tools, and product delivery practices.
