Job Description
We’re looking for compassionate Registered Nurses who are dedicated to providing thoughtful, respectful care to individuals and their families. In this role, you will serve as the leader of the healthcare team, ensuring excellence in clinical nursing practice and the delivery of patient-centered care. Patient Care & Treatment

Qualifications

Current RN licensure to practice in California
-
One (1) year of experience in Skilled Nursing or Medical-Surgical Nursing preferred
-
Minimum one (1) year of MDS completion experience preferred

Satisfactory completion of a Pharmacology test with a minimum score of 80%
-
BLS certification required and maintained
-
ACLS certification required within six (6) months of employment and maintained
-
Must take and pass an Arrhythmia Recognition course within six (6) months of employment or provide proof of competency
-
Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in the English language
-
Must be able to put into practice Service Excellence skills with our patients, families, and coworkers
-
Ability to provide RN leadership in a positive direction consistent with the policies, goals, objectives, mission, and vision of the Hospital and Nursing Department
-
Must have a standards evaluation that meets or exceeds expectations from RRH or a previous employer within the past year
