Job Description
We’re looking for compassionate Labor and Delivery Registered Nurses who are dedicated to providing thoughtful, respectful care to individuals and their families. In this role, you’ll offer attentive monitoring, carry out care plans with sensitivity, administer medications carefully, and communicate clearly and empathetically. You’ll help create a supportive and empowering environment that prioritizes the well-being of patients and their loved ones—often using your clinical judgment with confidence and autonomy, all within trusted care guidelines.
Patient Care & Treatment
Offer holistic and patient-centered nursing care, focusing on the unique needs of individuals and their families with a positive and respectful approach that aligns with the hospital's values. Emphasize support, clear education, and collaborative decision-making to foster a positive care experience.
Collaborative Teamwork
This role involves working closely with our team to deliver patient-focused services and contribute to the overall well-being of our patients while contributing to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications

Current RN licensure to practice in California

Degree in Nursing, bachelor’s preferred

Two or more years of Labor & Delivery experience
-
BLS certification required and maintained
-
ACLS certification required and maintained
-
NRP certification required within one month of hire and maintained thereafter
-
PALS certification required within one month of hire and maintained thereafter
-
Annual assessment of EFM principles required
-
STABLE certification preferred
-
Ability to read, write, understand and communicate effectively in the English language

Must be able to put into practice Service Excellence skills with our patients, families, and coworkers
