Citizens Memorial Hospital Foundation (CMH) in Bolivar, MO is hiring a Certified Nurse Assistant to provide exceptional care for our residents at Parkview Long Term Care Facility. CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 Long-Term Care facilities and 1 residential care facility. About the department: Parkview Health Care Facility is a 78- bed long- term skilled nursing facility. A 15-bed memory care unit meets the specific needs of individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.

A typical day includes:

• Observing, evaluating, reporting, and documenting responses of residents to medications given
• Dispensing, documenting, and administering medications completely to each resident before beginning the process for the next residents.
• Preparing residents for meals, serving and collecting food trays, and nourishments, and documenting intakes.
• Ensuring safe, appropriate nursing care is administered and problems reported to the charge nurse for follow-up action

Job Requirements:

• Education: NA
• Experience: NA
• Skills: NA
• Licensure/Certification: Certified (Registered) Medication Technician, Certified Nurse Assistant, BLS for Healthcare Provider CPR within 6 months of employment
• Physical: Ability to stand for 90% of the day and sit for the remaining 10%

The options for shift and schedule can include:

• Full Time, Part Time and PRN (Per Requested Need).
• Nights, Evenings, Days or Rotating.
