Coding Technician in Bolivar, Missouri at Citizens Memorial

Citizens Memorial Hospital is recruiting a Certified Coding Technician within our Hospital Coding Department.

CMH Hospital Coding provides to the organization concise, accurate, appropriate coding of patient encounters for appropriate reimbursement and statistical purposes.

A typical day will include: performing diagnostic/procedural coding functions of the organization; actively and consistently contributing to the department operations and communications; behaving in a manner consistent with the mission and objectives of CMH and performing other duties as requested.

Job Requirements:

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent degree
• Experience: preferred coding experience
• Licensure/Certification: CCS-CCS-P, CPC, CPC-H, or CPC-P or RHIT
