We’re hiring 2 experienced Nurse Managers to lead a Behavioral Health unit at a hospital in Brooklyn, NY. This is a direct hire / contract-to-hire opportunity with strong leadership impact and growth potential.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Start: ASAP
• Compensation: $100/Hr

• Lead daily operations of a psychiatric unit in collaboration with senior leadership
• Oversee patient care, staffing, compliance, and performance improvement initiatives
• Ensure adherence to DOH, JCAHO, and OMH regulatory standards
• Drive quality, safety, and patient satisfaction outcomes
• Support staff development and maintain a high-performing clinical team

• RN license (NY) + Master's of Nursing Degree
• 5+ years RN experience with 5+ years in psychiatry
• 2+ years in leadership within a hospital-based psych unit (required)
• Experience with NY Justice Center Department
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance & quality improvement
• BLS, ACLS, Crisis Management certification
