Job Description

Relationship Manager, Private Equity, Bilingual

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Relationship Manager, Private Equity, Bilingual based in Canada.

This role is designed for a high-performing relationship-driven professional who excels in working with high-net-worth and accredited investors. You will represent exclusive private equity investment opportunities within real estate and renewable energy, guiding clients through tailored wealth strategies built on trust and long-term value creation. The position combines advisory conversations, strategic relationship building, and investor engagement across a national market. You will operate in a remote-first environment with strong internal support, enabling you to focus on meaningful client interactions rather than administrative burden. With access to warm, pre-qualified leads and established investor relationships, this role is centered on depth of engagement rather than cold acquisition. It is ideal for a bilingual (English/French) professional seeking both autonomy and a high-performance environment backed by a well-established investment platform.

Accountabilities:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with accredited and high-net-worth investors across Canada through consultative, trust-based engagement.
  • Convert warm, pre-qualified investor leads into active clients through one-on-one discussions, tailored presentations, and strategic advisory conversations.
  • Understand client financial goals and position private equity investment solutions within broader long-term wealth strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, compliance, and ongoing investor servicing.
  • Represent investment offerings at events, private meetings, and investor engagements to strengthen brand presence and trust.
  • Maintain active engagement with assigned investor portfolios, ensuring high-quality service and relationship retention.
  • Leverage structured sales processes and market insights to support consistent business growth across a national territory.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in investment sales, wealth management, or private equity / exempt market products.
  • Proven track record of working with accredited and high-net-worth investors in a relationship-focused sales environment.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French (mandatory).
  • University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Eligible for registration as a Dealing Representative (Exempt Market Dealer).
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to navigate complex investment conversations confidently.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with a consultative mindset.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail in client interactions.
Benefits:
  • Base salary of CAD 60,000 plus uncapped performance-based commissions.
  • Immediate recurring income supported by an existing investor book and trailing revenue.
  • Access to warm, pre-qualified leads—no cold calling required.
  • Remote work flexibility with national coverage across Canada.
  • Strong earning potential with transparent performance benchmarks and growth targets.
  • Dedicated operational support for onboarding, compliance, and documentation.
  • Ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development in private equity and alternative investments.
  • Exposure to exclusive, proprietary investment funds and senior leadership engagement.
  • Opportunity to build long-term investor relationships within a well-established, high-growth platform.
