The Performance & Messaging Strategist will drive the connection between creative execution, performance analytics, and marketing objectives. The role requires strong collaboration across teams to optimize messaging, improve campaign results, and develop scalable processes that enhance customer engagement.
- Develop performance marketing strategies across paid media platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok, connecting creative decisions to metrics including CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, engagement rate, and view-through performance.
- Support testing and learning initiatives by designing experiments around messaging, creative formats, offers, and audiences, then translating results into actionable recommendations.
- Create performance reports, presentations, and insights for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Coordinate national, regional, and dealer-level creative needs to maintain consistency, efficiency, and alignment with brand objectives.
- Manage creative inventories across upper-funnel and lower-funnel initiatives, ensuring assets remain relevant, effective, and aligned with media strategies.
- Partner with marketing, CRM, media, retail, sales, and agency teams to ensure consistent messaging throughout the customer journey.
- Help develop AI-enabled creative workflows, including processes for content generation, optimization, personalization, and campaign scaling.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to evaluate and implement new tools that improve marketing efficiency while maintaining brand standards.
- Build repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and processes that accelerate creative testing and iteration.
- Present strategic recommendations and performance insights clearly to marketing leaders and creative stakeholders.
- Contribute to messaging strategies that connect awareness-building initiatives with conversion-focused communications.
- Translate audience insights, cultural trends, and performance data into scalable creative concepts and campaign executions.
The ideal candidate combines performance marketing expertise, analytical capabilities, and strong communication skills. They should be comfortable balancing creative thinking with data-driven decision-making while collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, brand marketing, marketing analytics, consulting, or agency environments.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and paid media ecosystems.
- Experience analyzing campaign performance using metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, engagement rate, and view-through performance.
- Ability to use analytics tools and reporting platforms to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and support strategic decisions.
- Experience with national and regional campaign coordination, including collaboration with retail networks or field teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Strategic and creative thinker with strong storytelling and messaging capabilities.
- Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Competitive salary range of $105,600 - $140,700 per year, depending on skills, experience, location, and qualifications.
