About This Position

Position Summary:

This position manages a broad range of responsibilities to support talent development, selection, feedback/surveys, engagement and retention. This role is essential for maintaining a productive and engaged workforce.

Essential Functions:

  • Assess interview and selection processes to make improvement recommendations, including interview questions, interviewee training, implementation of pre-employment tests and assessments.
  • Implement new tests and behavioral assessments, establish procedures and train hiring managers on the new tools.
  • Leverage ADP WFN and other technology to convert manual employee survey/feedback processes to efficient and effective management tools.
  • Plan for expanded use of behavioral assessments to include employee development and conflict management.
  • Research and recommend HR metrics; manage measurement and analysis to formulate action plan recommendations.
  • Research and recommend initiatives to increase employee engagement and retention.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees and managers on HR procedures and best practices.
  • Partner with Supervisors and above to review/edit performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and PIPs to be clear and effective.
  • Create/deliver and coordinate guest SME's for live people supervision, management and leadership training events.
  • Manage ADP LMS; including setup of required and optional skill building courses on demand, creation of custom training, career path skill and experience activities, and links to other content providers/LMS' systems.
  • Establish first time supervisor training curriculum, practice assignments, and follow-up sessions through LMS.
  • Review training feedback to continually improve processes, topics, training and reference material to meet the growing needs of the organization.
  • Draft employee newsletter articles and other communications
  • Collaborate with HR team and cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and culture.
  • Protect and maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee data at all times.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Experience: Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Management or related field of study with 5-10 years HR experience in progressively more difficult roles. Or AA Degree with at least 10-15 years HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience.


Skills and Abilities:

Demonstrated working proficiency in MS365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS with preference to ADP WFN.

Familiarity with conducting employee surveys and behavioral assessments, preference to Predictive Index.

Ability to communicate effectively at all levels throughout the organization with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Ability to organize and prioritize work and manage multiple tasks while maintaining composure under stress.

Ability to abide by and be an example for policy and procedure compliance and excellent internal customer service.

Ability to take initiative and focus on work performance and productivity in a variety of work settings (position may be eligible for hybrid schedule working 3 days per week on site after successful completion of 90-day introductory period).

Ability to conduct research, data analysis, and deliver work that is complete, accurate and timely.

Ability to maintain a clean motor vehicle record with no moving violations and maintain personal vehicle liability insurance.

Physical Requirements: Ability to bend, stand, lift, and carry 25 pounds. Ability to drive to other company locations throughout Florida using your personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement.
