Assistant Director, Outpatient Clinic
Conifer Park, a proud Employee-Owned company, is excited to offer a dynamic leadership opportunity for an Assistant Clinic Director to oversee our Outpatient Chemical Dependence Clinic program in Troy, NY.

The Assistant Director manages and monitors key aspects of the clinic's operations, including clinical supervision and management of the clinical staff, at the direction or in the absence of the Clinic Director. This person will also provide communication and liaison services to key referral sources and community stakeholders. The position will work closely with external partners, coordinating marketing and community relations activities to build community relationships while working collaboratively with the Clinic Director and Regional Services Department.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Deliver comprehensive psychosocial assessments, diagnostic services, and case management.
- Partner with an interdisciplinary team to achieve clinic goals and enhance patient outcomes.
- Serve as a key liaison with referral sources, community stakeholders, and external partners.
- Support marketing and community relations initiatives to strengthen local partnerships and expand outreach.
- Step in to manage clinic operations in collaboration with, or in the absence of, the Clinic Director.
- Lead and inspire the outpatient clinical team, providing supervision and guidance to ensure high-quality care.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, plus Saturdays.
Requirements:- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred.
- Credentials: CASAC or QHP per OASAS 800 regulations.
- Experience: Supervisory background preferred.
- Certification: CPR within 6 months of hire.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
