Biller at Central Peninsula Hospital – Soldotna, Alaska

POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Revenue Cycle Management, the incumbent is responsible for the billing, follow-up and denial management of patient medical claims for services provided by Central Peninsula Hospital, and its affiliated service lines.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Ability to learn and understand billing code sets and billing terminology
• Excellent computer skills

PREFERRED:

• 2 years of medical office experience
• Certification as a Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist
