Clinic Manager, Oncology at Central Peninsula Hospital – Soldotna, Alaska

POSITION SUMMARY: Oncology/Infusion Clinic Manager provides direct oversight in all aspects of the clinic (Infusion, Pulmonology, and Oncology) operations for assigned areas and participates in providing clinic coverage as needed. This position is responsible for organizing and planning activities of the clinic, supporting excellence in clinical practice, and fostering exceptional patient care through the planning and implementation of programs that support positive patient outcomes in a safe and caring environment.

The Oncology/Infusion Clinic Manager will also, in conjunction with the Oncology/Infusion Director, review opportunities of growth and service expansion by providing input on feasibility.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 4 years of Medical Office experience
• 1 year of Progressively Responsible Leadership experience
• BLSP (CPR) from the American Heart Association
